Whilst you’re a member with MalgraBooks, your data is held whilst the relevant subscription, product or service is active.
Your data remains stored for as long as your subscription, product, or service is active. After cancellation or expiration, different data types are retained for specified durations.
MalgraBooks Services

Malgra Free / Malgra Plus Membership
Malgra Free accounts were permanently removed in December 2021—no records remain, as no transactional data was ever held.
Malgra Plus memberships ended in September 2021; these were transitioned to MalgraBooks Essentials in November 2021.
After cancellation or expiry:
- Personal data: retained for 7 years
- Malgra Directory listings: removed 30 days post-cancellation
- Malgra Cloud spreadsheets: removed 30 days later
- Malgra Store purchase records: kept for 7 years after purchase
- Subscription details (as above): retained for 7 years after the end of Malgra’s financial year
Other information
- Helpdesk queries: held for 7 years from the date of contact
- CRM sales or enquiry data: held for 7 years from the date of contact
