Whilst you’re a member MalgraBooks, your data is held whilst your subscription, product or service is active. Once your service is cancelled or expires, your information is held for a finite amount of time as shown below.
Note: External services which MalgraBooks uses (such as our newsletter service, payments partners, etc) may have different timeframes. You can find out details of companies we use here.

Malgra Free / Malgra Plus Membership
Malgra Free account holders were removed from our system in December 2021. We no longer hold any records of these accounts as no transactional materials were held.
Malgra Plus memberships were discontinued in September 2021 and moved to MalgraBooks Essentials in November 2021.
