Your online Monthly Plan For Success (PFS) Document provides the full breakdown of income (member fees) and expenses (franchise fees) for your group.
This is typically your largest source of income and expenses each month.
- View your attendance page (Through OurWorld)

Do not send MalgraBooks or any other individuals your username/password to access the Our World platform.
How to save a copy of your PFS Document
This method requires a computer — it’s not available on mobile devices.
- Open Google Chrome (or another browser that can print to PDF)
- Log in to OurWorld and navigate to your PFS summary screen
- Select the correct month and group so you can see the full summary
- Press Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P on Mac)
- Choose Save as PDF as the destination
- Click Save and store the file somewhere easy to find, such as your Documents folder or Desktop
Once saved, you can upload your PFS document directly into Pulse.
Tip: To keep your files organised, you might want to use a consistent naming format like Year-Month-GroupName.pdf
