MalgraBooks support timeframes

Our core office hours are Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm.
Limited support is provided outside of these hours.

We aim to respond to queries received by our team within the below timeframes, however during busier periods, we may have a slight delay. Any disruptions or changes to support timeframes are shown on the MalgraBooks Client Dashboard.

The best way to contact our team is through our Live Chat – any messages are picked up quickly when our team are available.

If we’re not able to respond straight away, don’t worry – our system will automatically create a ‘support ticket’, allowing our team to respond later on, direct to your email address.

Non-Malgra client enquires

  • Sales/Package enquiries: We aim to respond to non-client queries within 2-3 working days.
  • Procurement or unsolicited queries: We aim to respond within 7-10 working days.

MalgraBooks Essentials, and Advanced Packages

Queries from Essentials or Advanced clients are usually answered within 2 working days (48 hours).

MalgraBooks Premium, VAT and Small Business Packages

Fully Managed clients receive an enhanced number of support options as part of your package.

We’ll provide a response to queries within 24 hours (1 working day) and offer additional options including video calls, WhatsApp messaging and telephone based support.
