22/23 Accounts Sync Issues

This issue relates to the 22/23 Cloud Accounting Spreadsheet, and only affects our Essentials Package.

We’re aware of an issue which occurs due to Cookies issues when syncing your 22/23 accounting spreadsheet with our systems. The issue occurs where the updated values do not correctly shown within your report.

Although a workaround is currently being trialled, the need to ‘sync’ is only to view your estimated calculation.

Therefore, you can safely use the total Income and Expenses values shown within your dashboard when completing your return. The below image shows the key three values required for HMRC.
