We want to help and support as many people as possible to use our website and systems without difficulty when considering accessibility.
There’s a number of key features which you can do within your browser:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve attempted to make our text and language on the website as simple as possible to understand – we appreciate that accounting and bookkeeping can sometimes be complex, so we try to help explain things in clear English.
However some parts of our website may not be fully accessible, such as older PDF Documents which we may link to, some video streams which do not have captions and certain aspects of our cloud accounting systems.
We’re aiming to make our service as accessible as possible and always place accessibility at the centre of any system updates or changes.
