From April 2022, our packages will not auto-renew as we move to ‘annual financial year’ services to match the HMRC financial year and changes to Basis Periods.
There is no need to contact our team as any previous subscription has already been cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation within 14 days of purchase
You can cancel your service within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the purchase date, and a full refund will be provided where services have not been used.

Cancellation after 14 days
At our discretion, a part refund may be available after the cancellation period, should the services have not been used during the package coverage period (relevant financial year).
The pro-rata refund will be provided, less a £10+VAT administration fee.
