How to cancel your MalgraBooks package

We’re sorry you’re thinking of leaving MalgraBooks. There are a few options available to you depending on where you are within your current package agreement.

From April 2022, our packages will not auto-renew as we move to ‘annual financial year’ services to match the HMRC financial year and changes to Basis Periods.

There is no need to contact our team as any previous subscription has already been cancelled.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation within 14 days of purchase

You can cancel your service within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the purchase date, and a full refund will be provided where services have not been used.

To proceed, please contact our team who will be pleased to assist.

Cancellation after 14 days

A pro-rata refund may be available after the cancellation period, where the services have not been used during the relevant package coverage period ( financial year).

Where the service has been active during the relevant financial year period, a pro-rata fee would be available.

The pro-rata refund will be provided, less a £10+VAT administration fee to cover payment processing costs.

Refund Information

Where cancellation takes place, refunds are usually processed within 2 working days for our internal systems.

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for your bank to process or credit the relevant amount back to your account. Our team can provide the relevant reference code to chase with your provider, if required.
